This area of Memphis was once known as the hood, with most properties vacant, dillapidated and condemned.
The feel of the area is refreshing even in the poor condition and no one living here. In 2007 there were many issues plaguing the neighborhood and were not addressed until FPM started purchasing the properties. FPM has methodically gone through the neighborhood making long term permanent acquisitions instead of short term cosmetic improvements.
This concept for acquisition has allowed us to provide amenities and benefits only a neighborhood could develop.
